You have a few options, each of which will connect you with a Care Guide. You can chat within the Journi app, call us at 855-895-2258, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your data can only be viewed by you, those you choose to share it with, and by our care team inside the Journi app. This may include your family, friends, or caregivers. Your employer does not have access to your personal data entered into Journi.
Journi protects all user data with encryption. We are constantly monitoring security settings and applying the latest data security techniques. Data security is very important to us.
Journi values your privacy and data security. It's why we encrypt your data and secure it with the same technology used by major financial brands. Our system was built by a team trained in health care data sensitivity, protection and handling.

On the Journi login screen, you will see a password reset link. Click on that link to reset your password. If you are having issues, please contact a Care Guide at 855-895-1158.
First, download the Journi app. You can then register for an account using your employer invitation code. Once registered, enter your employer-sponsored health insurance information using your health plan member ID. Doing so will allow you to get the most out of your Journi experience. Once connected, you can see your claims, prescriptions, doctors, immunizations and more. Now, your health care is easier to manage and all in one place.
Journi connects with each registered user via email or push notification. You choose your preferences at registration and can change them at any time in the Journi app settings.

Journi is offered by your employer and available to use with a valid employer invite code. Your family members can use Journi, too.
You can download the Journi app onto an Apple iPhone or Android device.
Journi is available through your employer. Once you download the Journi app, enter your employer's invitation code as part of the registration process. If your employer does not yet offer Journi, please contact us. We are happy to reach out to your company.
Journi provides each employer with data insights and trends via the Employer Reporting Suite. Here, you'll find two dashboards. The Journi Dashboard shows how Journi is being used. This includes registration, engagement, analytics and more. The Springbuk® Dashboard helps project savings opportunities and spending estimates. This suite will help employers get the most out of their benefits and their investment.

45 days is the standard timeline for launching Journi at your company. We partner with your company to ensure a smooth experience. Once launched, we continue driving engagement with your employees. We work with you throughout the entirety of our partnership.

Journi is available nationwide. Some features, like chat with a nurse, may have limited access due to location. The Journi app is accessible anywhere.
Journi has a full team ready to partner with your company. That team is led by the Account Manager, which is your point of contact. The Account Manager works with the wider Journi team that includes an Implementation Manager, Client Success Manager, Product partner and Concierge Services partner. Your Journi team is with you from day one and provides ongoing support to help you hit your goals. Each of these roles are here to provide you with the best Journi experience. Each company has a dedicated Account Manager. Their focus is to drive Journi registration and use. They work closely with your team to understand your and your employee’s needs, then provide marketing plans and materials for your organization’s use. Our programs use data to inform impactful messaging that drives continued registration and use at your company.
Nurses are available to help Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. PST. You can also chat with a Care Guide 24/7, who can help direct you to care options after-hours.
Nurses can assist you with non-emergency medical situations. This may include whether a medication is working properly, or if an ailment is cause for concern. You can even share a photo to help the nurse navigate treatment options.
First, be sure to connect your Journi account to an employer-sponsored health insurance plan. This will help our nurses to understand your prescriptions, immunizations and history quickly, so that they may better assist you. Once connected, you can start a chat with nurse from the Journi app. You can even take your conversation to a video chat or phone call.
Our certified health coaches help you set and maintain your health and fitness goals. They are able to do this through nutrition, exercise and stress management recommendations. You can even schedule how often you want them to check in. You can get in touch with a health coach through in-app chat, or via phone Monday-Friday 7 a.m.-5 p.m. PST.
Our Care Guides have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the health care and/or service industries. Many have advanced degrees. Each Care Guide is certified in Mental Health First Aid. They come from diverse backgrounds and are trained in finding care, health care finances, health benefits, caregiving and much, much more. We review all Care Guide interactions to identify new user needs and training opportunities.
Care Guides are available to chat 24/7 and help you with your health care needs. They will help you find care, schedule appointments, estimate treatment costs and make sense of medical bills. Care Guides can also provide you with support and resources for a new diagnosis. They are on your side and want to help you better manage your and your family’s health.
Care Guides are real people, ready to answer your health care questions and assist as needed. They are experts in health care available to chat 24/7, or can be contacted via phone or email Monday-Friday 5 a.m.-8 p.m. PST and Saturday-Sunday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. PST. Care Guides help find care, set appointments, and can explain complicated medical bills. They are on your side and at your side, whenever you need it.
The Journi care team includes nurses, health coaches and Care Guides. Our dedicated team of experts are here to listen, provide answers, and help you take action. Our Care Guides, nurses and health coaches can all be accessed in the Journi app.
Once you connect your Journi account to an employer-sponsored health insurance plan, you can search for in-network doctors and providers in your area. Care Guides can also help you find not only in-network care but make recommendations based on your preferences as well.
Yes. Journi Care Guides can research and provide estimates for both doctor and treamtent costs. They do this to help you make informed decisions for you and your family.
Yes. Within Journi, you will find a list of employer-provided benefits under the resources tab. Care Guides can also help you take full advantage of your benefit options.
Journi works in tandem with your health insurance to help you maximize and navigate your benefits. It is the first place you can go when you need help or have questions about your health care.
Journi has partnered with MedSavvy, which uses a tool built by pharmacists to help you manage your medications. MedSavvy uses this tool in a science-based approach, validated by the Institute for Clinical and Economic Review (ICER), to assign each medicine a letter grade. You can use these grades to make smart, educated decisions for you and your family.
Yes. If you choose, you can securely share your and any of your dependent’s information with others. This may include babysitters, family members, friends and caregivers.
Yes. Any spouse, domestic partner, or child over the age of 18 as a member on your employer’s sponsored health plan can create their own Journi account. Dependents under the age of 18 are only able to view their information through a qualified adult.
If you have a HSA sponsored by your employer, then yes, once you connect your Journi account to an employer-sponsored health insurance plan, it will appear in your Journi finances tab. This includes the available balance for any family members on the account as well. The balance does not include pending transactions.
Yes, Journi is available to you whenever and wherever you need it. You can chat with our Care Guides 24/7. Nurses are available across all 50 states Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. PST – 8 p.m. PST. Since Journi uses your location for features like "Find Care" and "Check your Network," your search results will be based on your current location. If you wish to find care outside your current location, Care Guides are available to help.
By connecting your Journi account to an employer-sponsored health insurance plan, you’ll be able to see your deductible and out-of-pocket expenses in real time. Journi updates your deductible and out-of-pocket expenses as this information is provided by your health insurance plan. You can refresh the Finances page to check for updates by logging out or navigating to a new page before returning.
You can see your two most recent years of health history when you connect your Journi account to an employer-sponsored health insurance plan. You are also able to manually add your own information beyond that timeframe. This includes visits, medications and more.
When you create a Journi account, you’ll be asked to connect your employer-sponsored health insurance plan. By doing this, you will link your medical history from the past two years to Journi, allowing you to see your prescriptions, immunizations and more, all in the app. We use comprehensive privacy and security measures when we connect your health history to Journi.
You do not need a specific health plan to use Journi. However, the best Journi experience is with an employer sponsored participating health plan. If you are unsure if you are currently on a participating health plan, please reach out to your HR Benefits Team or contact us at email@example.com.
